WHY ISRAEL MATTERS: A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

Join us for a special six-hour Bible seminar with Dr. Randall Smith as we explore what Scripture teaches about Israel, God's covenant promises, and the events shaping our world today. Together we'll examine these important topics through the lens of God's Word with clarity and hope. Whether you've studied these subjects for years or are just beginning to ask questions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of God's redemptive plan and confidence in His faithfulness.

Please be prepared to give a financial gift as we will receive a special offering during the weekend to help support Dr. Randall Smith and his ministry.

Throughout this seminar, Dr. Smith will address six foundational questions:

  • The Story of the Bible: Do the Jews as a People make it to the end of the book?

  • Is the church the inheritor of the promises to Abraham’s children through faith?

  • Why should Israel matter for Christians serving Jesus today?

  • Are the Jews of Israel today the same people as the ancient Jews of the Bible?

  • Did God make any positive promises we can share with the Arab neighbors of Israel?

  • Did God really link history to one man (Abraham) and his children?

Speaker Dr. Randall Smith

Dr. Randall Smith is an archaeologist, Bible professor, and International Director of Christian Travel Study Programs (CTSP). He holds degrees in Near Eastern Archaeology and a Ph.D. in Comparative Religion with a specialization in Judaism, completing much of his study in Israel. He and his wife, Dottie, lived and raised their three children in Jerusalem.

Dr. Smith has participated in archaeological excavations at significant biblical sites and has led study tours throughout Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, and Italy. He is passionate about helping people understand the Bible by connecting Scripture with its history, geography, archaeology, and culture. His engaging teaching style brings God's Word to life and helps believers better understand and trust the truth of Scripture.
